The Urban Coalition of Appraisal Professionals expands access to appraisal education, professional opportunity, public understanding, and fair valuation.
Our mission
UCAP is a nonprofit appraisal organization, school, and operating foundation. Its purpose is to provide appraisal training, contracting opportunities, professional development, and right-of-way agent training for people interested in appraisal and right-of-way careers.
By connecting education with real-world experience, UCAP works to remove barriers of entry and build a profession that better reflects and understands the communities it serves.
